I have been trying to get Bassett Roofing to send the certificate of completion for the roofing done in JUne of 2023. After numerous calls email texts, the insurance company still does not have the cert of completion. I cna't get the final dispersement from the insurance. This has been a massive headache especially after I waited an entire year to get the roofing completed. I have multiple complaints against this company but at this point I just want the claim closed and the bill adjusted. Poor communication. Poorfollow thru. Terrible professionalism. The company drug me through a an adjuster battle unnecessarily, I should have never hired this company! I just want to get the claim finished.

We have sent over multiple copies of the certificate of completion to both the homeowner and insurance companies. I have repeatedly tried contact the homeowners insurance to assist in getting this settled and dealt with on November 26 was the last email I sent to both the homeowner and insurance with a copy of the certificate of completion. We still have an outstanding balance for the work completed that has not been paid.
