The parking here is ridiculous and out of hand! As a resident you are not guaranteed parking (I was told to park in the visitors parking spaces). To make matters worse they have towed my vehicle 2 times since I moved in Mid December resulting in me paying unexpected fees. My vehicle is being targeted they pick and choose who to tow as many of us park in spots that we’re really not supposed to because there is NO WHERE TO PARK! I have suggested maybe assigned parking would solve the parking issues, they will not listen and would rather AVOID issues instead of RESOLVING them. I was racially profiled by having security called on me the morning my car was towed before I had even stepped foot in the office to voice my concerns, I reached the door and it was locked and without me even knocking or calling they answered the door. All I wanted was to have my voice/concerns heard and to reach some type of resolution instead they were intimidated for whatever reason, called security prior to my arrival and I was ignored. I have also reached out to the corporate office of the Noltemeyer company multiple times and was also ignored! They are inconsiderate and unprofessional human beings, as a company you should take the time to listen to your residents and attempt to reach some type of resolution.

Noltemeyer Apartment Leasing business retaliates against tenants that has been forced to file rental insurance claims against them due to damaged from a flood multiple times in the unit that I leased with this business for 5yrs . Noltemeyer is required to maintenance all units but failed to make proper repairs to my unit. But would only patch things up. Maintenance never properly fixied things in my unit. Which resulted to me having to file an insurance cal. I lost a lot of my personal belongings from water damage & mold. Since the incident with Noltemeyer leasing I have been recently looking to move & have been denied rental reference from them. The office manager has refused to provide a rental reference because of this matter. The office manager is terrible with communication & has no empathy for the damage that was their responsibility.

This complex is terrible with communication & ensuring you feel safe inside and outside your home. I’ve complained to the office that security is needed! It’s been multiple car theft and break ins. The company doesn’t have enough parking for you to park in front of your home. UNLESS you pay for a handicap space. So most likely you’ll have to park in front of another complex and walk to yours, they have stickers but it only is a sticker to show who lives in the complex. I just don’t feel comfortable with the Parking here and the amount of junkies that hang out around here at night in the parking lot.
