I placed a delivery pizza order through the online ordering system on July 11th at 7:20 pm. The order total was $41.95 (which is admittedly not a lot of money, but this is about the principle. If I pay for food, I expect to receive it) I was given an estimated time of 45 minutes. After an hour and a half, I called the restaurant to was told that the delivery order was on the way. The order never arrived. I called the restaurant again and they were closed. I emailed the email address on the company website and have not heard back from the company. I also called the restaurant and asked for a manager to call me back but haven’t heard from anyone. After looking at restaurant reviews on yelp, google, etc. it seems like this is a fairly common issue with the restaurant.Business response

I must first start by apologizing for the delay and the elevated status that was needed to bring this issue to my attention. I can assure you it was never our intention to cause such a lack of communication and disregard for your order from July 11, 2022. You are absolutely correct, with your complaint regarding sending an initial email. This was a complete oversight and miscommunication in house.I can promise you, we take these matter very seriously, and being a small family owned business where we are active in our community, we work very diligently to provide service recovery promptly when needed.I have placed a check in the mail today for full refund for this order and provided an additional $25.00 credit, assigned to your phone number, should you choose to use it in the future.I have copied the BBB on this response as well.
