The staff at this location have HORRIBLE customer service and classless. I ordered a pizza online for carry out. My boyfriend went in the store and came out to the car and I told him that pizza is not supposed to look like that. It looked very sloppy with overdone meat. I went right back in less than a minute and asked for a refund and the worker stood there silent for about 6-10 seconds saying nothing just looking down at the box. I said what's wrong and she said nothing and smirked. She said what do you want I said the money back. She walked off and another lady who had the MOST HORRIBLE DEMEANOR AND ATTITUDE came from behind the wall. She walked to the counter and never stated her role. Her first words to me with such an attitude were, "What is the pizza supposed to look like?" She had a black collar shirt on, no name tag so I am assuming she was the manager. My response was I just want my money back because I know from going to other locations the pizza is not supposed to look like that and her response was yes it is because it has spicy marinara. I responded that does not make the meat look overcooked or be sloppy all over the crust. I stated the other location I normally go to never looks like that. Her response was " Go back to that location." I was so shocked that a manager would say that. The worker, not the manager, then said to my boyfriend, Can I ask you a question?" He responded yea. She asked, "Did I not ask you if the pizza looks fine to you before you went outside?" He stated yea but its my girlfriend pizza. I said even if he did say that 3 minutes ago before he cane outside I know from ordering pizzas this is not well made and I don't want it. Because of previous experience with this location in the past with their customer service I wanted the money back and not the pizza remade. The look of the pizza was VERY VERY SLOPPY and they were VERY RUDE that I did not want it. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE.Review from Brooke J

Never order online. You will literally starve to death waiting. The delivery time will keep changing on you and your food will be cold and not worth a penny when it arrives. I was very disappointed for my granddaughter who really wanted pizza. I would've just canceled if it wasn't for her.Review from Michael A

Taco Bell Store #31913 - Been a customer of Taco Bell since the early 90s and after today's interaction with this location, I will not be returning to any Taco Bell location, ever, in the future as a result of extremely poor customer service, teenagers being in charge of this location with apparently zero management oversight and accountability. The food lately is appearing contaimanated with what appears to be human hair and causing me to refer this to the SNV Health District and BBB. This part I will own, it was my choice to give this location another chance as I had stopped going here since it was taken over by teenage employees throughout. That was my mistake to think they would care about operating a business to make money but if you watch them through the drive-thru windows, they're all on their phones and have airpods in, completly ignoring any kind of duty to the position. This downturn in quality and customer service appears to be rampant in Las Vegas now and can only assume its nation-wide. Taco Bell's parent company YUM! Brands must endorse this type of behavior and mentailiy with their employees at their various resteraunts. Either way, I hate that I had to write this out after being denied to speak with a member of management at the store (told Mario comes in tomorrow morning; how does a restaraunt operate with zero mgmt on-site at all times?). I asked for this person's contact information to relay the situation (Taco Bell promo wasn't displaying a "4 digit" code the resteraunt needed from the app and they told me that it must be me and it's my problem; note: I've had multiple friends attempt this purchase throughout today and got the same result I did "Forbidden" or displaying a code that's longer than 4 digits) Either way this was clearly a failure of communications from the top down and Taco Bell, YUM! Brands and this location should be ashamed of treating long term customers the way I was today. I'll be sharing this experience on all social media.Review from Nancy P

While visiting Atlantic City, NJ we ordered thru the Kentucky Fried Chicken App on September 18th that was NEVER delivered to us. KFC's delivery partner is Door dash, and they tried calling the driver numerous times and refunded the order to KFC to refund to me. They couldn't refund me directly because I placed the order thru the KFC app and they do not have my credit card info, so they refund KFC, and KFC is supposed to refund me . KFC has yet to refund me for this order and keeps giving me excuses as to why they cannot refund me. They have told me that door dash doesn't answer the phone, that they have ignored KFC's emails, and that KFC has to get this approved and investigated thru their "upper management" team. This is all a bunch of lies and doesn't need to be investigated because door dash already approved and refunded the order to them to pass to me, Earlier today, I called door dash, who agreed to do a three way call with me to KFC, and door dash chimed in after KFC lied and said they couldn't get a hold of door dash and door dash told KFC that they had already processed the refund and that they should have already refunded the customer. KFC was not happy about the 3 way call with door dash and hung up on me because they got caught up in their lies. I talked to a KFC refund member earlier who told me to get a reference # from door dash regarding the refund and to call them back. I called door dash again, spoke to a supervisor, and he again submitted an email telling them to refund me for this order and gave me reference #. I called KFC back and was given another excuse from KFC that it is up to the "discretion of the store leadership team" to issue me a refund. This I don't even think is legal. This has already been approved and refunded by Door dash, and I really don't think that its even in KFC's hands to decide if they want to issue the refund, because door dash already done their investigation and approved my refund. Its completely illegal what they didReview from Mel E

February 27th-tried to order pizzas using the Pizza hut app. Received an error that it did not go through- tried again and received an error to "try again in 5 minutes". Gave up and ordered pizzas somewhere else. Looked in my bank account- was not charged so I thought everything was good. Next day- looked in my bank account and I WAS charged for the pizzas- the location never called to see if i was coming to get the pizzas AND I obviously I did not receive any pizza... but I was charged over $40. Called customer service and they said they'd "Elevate it to their account executives" or something like that. Said thats what they had to do so I could get a refund. As of last week, still no refund so I called back. Given the same run-around. Still no refund. I would like to be refunded for the pizza's I did not receive due to an error on the pizza hut app. Very disappointing that they think ignoring requests for a refund will make me forget about it... I wont.Review from Yvonne M

I suffered a Fractured Tooth from a Bone left in KFC Chicken Pot Pie and wrote letters to Mr. David G**** and Mr. Sabir S**** however, I have not received a response!! I told them I'd purchased a Chicken pot pie from the KFC in Pennsville, NJ. As I began to eat the pot pie I bit down on a bone that was in the pot pie. You can imagine the pain and shock I experienced because I’d never eaten a KFC pot pie that had a Bone in it. Right away I called and left a voicemail message right away for the Pennsville KFC Manager. In addition, I called KFC customer service and was told to call KFC/Summerwood Food Safety and share my trauma. The pain in my tooth continued and I went to my dentist who ultimately referred me to an Endodontist. The Endodontist took a look at my tooth and additional x-rays and told me she couldn’t work on my tooth because it was fractured and if she touched my tooth it would crumble. Again, I was shocked to hear that my tooth was fractured due to the bone negligently left in the KFC pot pie and now I have to have what was a previously healthy tooth removed!! The oral surgeon removed the tooth. I thought I could get dental implants but due to additional health issues related to the bone that fractured my tooth, I couldn't. This is devastating to me since I am a professional who presents at professional meetings all the time and now has to endure a life-changing, appearance-changing, heath-changing event due to the bone negligently left in a KFC pot pie. I was never self-conscious about my appearance but now I am. I realize one of Yum brand's Good priorities is “Food: Going above and beyond when it comes to food safety and offering balanced choices.” But I can't say this is my experience with KFC and the response from KFC/Yum has been poor!!! I can't believe a company wouldn't care about its customer's health, appearance, and professional career. Help me understand why.Review from wayne C

Let me begin by stating that, it is my experiential observation, that Yum and Pizza Hut, owned by Yum, have NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER, in being contacted about complaints. Try to find an email address for either company or for ANY of their directors! Try to find a telephone number that will allow you to speak WITH A PERSON, in order to file your complaint! LOTS of stuff about marketing and investor relations, media, and the like. NOTHING that allows you to file a complaint. Yesterday I was witness to, what EASILY could have been a 2-3 vehicle smash up (myself included), the result of a Pizza Hut delivery driver, driving like a bat out of hell, on her way BACK TO THE STORE, NOT making a delivery. She nearly slammed into the front, left quarter of the vehicle in front of me, which could have caused BOTH vehicles to careen back into my vehicle. I followed the driver and confronted her at the store. She denied speeding and walked away. Another employee pretended to be the manager and gave me a bullshit "apology". I demanded to see the manager. Another appeared, wearing nothing signifying that HE was the manager, but stated he was. He refused to provide the driver's name, his name, or the store's number. I took a photo of the driver's license plate, in order to file a formal complaint with Pizza Hut or Yum. To reiterate, GOOD LUCK DOING THAT. In my opinion, aside from SELLING PRODUCT and STOCK PRICES, these people don't GIVE A RAT'S RECTUM.Review from Howard S

Difficult to file a complaint. Contacted FB support, the local franchise, multiple 800 #’s with no response. Was charged $31.14, never received our food, contacted the store and we were informed they forgot, that was 12/13 the manage states the money would be back in my account next day, I’m between time I have been reaching out to anywhere that I can regarding my money with no luck, today I check my account and still no refund. I call the store and speak with Ebony, the manager again, she states that she forgot to refund my money and did it last night. She said that it would show up either Monday or Tuesday since it’s the weekend now. We get off the phone and 30 minutes later I have a new charge, that’s theft and fraud, I contacted my credit card company but because the charge is pending there is nothing they can do. Where else can I go with this? Why is this okay? Why is Pizza Hut or YUM! Brand not doing anything about this? Never again. Pizza Hut in Breckinridge Hills should be shut down.Review from Zack M

We ordered and paid online when I got there the inside was closed due to low staff so I called and asked if they could bring are food to the door and the employee said ill have to go thru the drive thru so I got in the long line for 5 minutes didn't move at all. So I called again to find out if I could get a refund and the employee said I'll have to go thru the drive thru. If you order and paid online you shouldn't have to get line
