This company is the absolute worst, and does not provide any sort of customer service. They frequently charge the wrong toll rate and they do not accept valid disputes. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.Review from Karla H

this place is a scam , They dont send you your bill s on purpose so they can manipulate you into signing up for an account . I paid a bill 1/23/2024 then I pay a bill that I got in September for a bill for 1/10/2024 for 5.04 dollars which didnt list the late fees for anything . Then in september I get another bill for 74.00 in October listing late fees and other fees for the bill from 1/10/2024 that only said I owed 5.04. Then They say I have another bill in Route for 104.00 I asked when its was mailed they said 10/18/2024 mind you its 11/8/2024 why havent I recieved that yet ??!! Need less to say they got me to sign up for an account with then and waived all the fees ,But they couldnt just take the fees off due to it being thier sucky billing system that they have .THEY GET A NO STAR !!Review from Meagan W

If I could give zero stars I would. I got the RiverLink EZPass under the impression (information they have on their site) as I’d be getting half off of the toll bridge’s connecting IN to KY and set up autopay. I went to check today as I had not received a notification that the autopay had been taken out in 2 months. I look to find not only have they not been charging me but they’ve been charging me double onto the same account they hadn’t taken money out of . I use these bridges 2-3 times daily to get back and forth to work so I now have a 683 dollar bill that shouldn’t be that high for 1. They are charging double the toll price and 2. I’m supposed to be getting half off. A regular EZPass would’ve been a better investment. Especially since the customer service reps are rude and don’t actually look into the accounts ever . I’m not the only one with this issue . It seems to me that the people running this scam of a company need to be reevaluated.Review from Jennifer N

Awful business, started to have $2 deducted from my account every month, called customer service twice on hold over 40 minutes, emailed twice to have $2 stopped- never told what is was for, $2 never stopped- closed account six months after emails, account just now closed almost a year later with the $2 still taken out every month, ridiculous.Review from jimmy n

I received a bill in the mail from River Link for a toll charge that was not mine .I do not live in their city & have never crossed their bridge. When I contacted customer service about the mistake the representative admitted that the picture on the bill was clearly not a picture of the truck registered to my license plate. I was told that I was responsible for the toll because someone must be using my plate number. The license plate number was not even visible in the picture.Review from Katie E

RIVERLINK IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER! Crossed bridge in Apr-May: paid all the bills plus more I didn’t even owe! I was charged ($5) fees, violation fees ($25)-when my payments were not even late! Then Charged BOGUS CHARGES + fees + more violation fees for FRAUDULENT charges I do NOT OWE! I CONTINUE to be hounded by them and they continue to bill MORE FRAUDULENT CHARGES AFTER my last crossing. I was told to “file a dispute online” & also told “new ownership & computer systems. I filed the dispute & sent highly detailed 3 page letter explaining I have MORE THAN PAID my bill ($68 for all crossings) paid >$100 in fees/violations I didn’t owe. I WANTED to pay IMMEDIATELY after crossing bridge-NOPE! Only transponder users can access account online. So if you cross the bridge in between the mail arriving, you get charged fee after fee when you haven’t even received the first ___ bill! Please tell me in WHAT world does that makes ANY sense?! Instead of a response to my dispute, I received not 1 INCORRECT bill, but 2 TODAY!! That aren’t even the same! PLUS MORE FRAUDULENT BILLING FEES!: Email bill: states 2 new tolls + another fee… That’s REALLY interesting considering I have NOT gone anywhere near their ___ toll bridge since May!! Mail bill: states no new tolls, but fee on tolls I DID NOT OWE (again - was charged AFTER finished crossing + was paid in full + their fraudulent bogus fees/violations!) + new violation fee! Via email, I requested a call from a supervisor. No call, did NOT recognize my dispute, just more fraudulent billing via email! I have never had a company bill so fraudulently as RIVERLINK!! Other than “complaining” about it and Filing dispute, as I was instructed BY THEIR customer service lady on the phone, what can I do to make them STOP sending more bogus bills?! How can this company be stopped from continuing to bill outrageous fraudulent charges?! Seriously, what can I do?!Review from Richard F

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their website is a complete joke. It won't let you pay by plate. It forces you to make an account and tries to force you to purchase a ez-pass whatever even if you live out of state and will never travel across their bridge again. It, for some reason, refuses to accept my city, Chicago -- which, to be fair, is a totally obscure city no one has ever heard of -- or my zip code as real places. For fun, it also rejected my last name. I don't know how anyone in Kentucky pays their toll bills, but Riverlink certainly makes it difficult.Review from Victoria D

Their invoicing/billing system is AWFUL! We crossed twice in March, once on the way to our spring break destination and once a week later on our way home. Received a bill 3 weeks later, bill has NO dates of when crossing was and NO line items stating how many crossings we were billed for. Regardless, I knew we crossed, it had been long enough I presumed it was for both crossings. Received, what I thought was, a duplicate bill for the same $5.04 about 2 weeks later from my payment. Found the old invoice, compared the image amount and anything I could since there is absolutely NO information on the bill to help the customer determine anything, we assumed it was a duplicate and we had already paid and their system hadn't updated yet, so we through the bill away. Fast forward 2 months, haven't seen a thing, suddenly we get a bill with two late fees added, one for $5 and one for $25! Confused, I call them and say we paid from what we could tell, why are we getting this? RiverLink rep says we paid our first crossing, but not our second. Why weren't they both on the same bill? Why when I logged onto your online system to pay the first bill was the second not listed under my license plate number? WHY ARE THERE NO DATES OR LINE ITEMS ON RIVERLINK INVOICES SO WE CAN SEE THE DETAILS OF WHAT WE ARE PAYING FOR?!?!?! After some dispute and requesting to speak to a supervisor, the rep gave me a one-time "courtesy" and removed the late fees. How about instead of a courtesy late fee removal, RiverLink updates their billing and invoice system to actually include the pertinent information drivers need to determine what we are paying?Review from Josh S

The billing System Is Broken & always wrong. But I want to say a CSR Lexis helped me get me bill corrected & was Wonderful at her job !!
