My garage door spring broke in February of 2022. This company was very quick to respond on ******* **** and came out quickly to do the repairs. The repair cost $585 plus tax which I wouldn’t have paid that much but they gave me a 20 year warranty. In early December the spring that they repaired broke so I called them to get my spring repaired under warranty. Initially they said that the spring I needed was back ordered, then after a few weeks they said that someone would be out to fix it that day or they’d call. Multiple times this happened without anyone showing up nor calling. At this point they will not respond to my voicemails and their phone goes straight to voicemail. I have had to call a separate company to fix my garage door because they refuse to make good on a warranty that they sold me.
