I ordered a sectional from this business on 2/5/22 via ******** ********* due to having mutual acquaintances. I paid a $1510.50 deposit and was not informed this was nonrefundable. I kept checking on the status and as of 3/23/22 it still had not shipped to the warehouse. I requested to cancel the order and begin the refund process on my deposit. Only then was I made aware that the deposits were nonrefundable and the owner had sold his part of the business. I did not receive the furniture and still haven't received my deposit back.Business response
