I reserved a bus charter from this company to take my High School Cheerleading team to Nationals in Orlando, Florida. I was told the bus was equipped with wifi, and tvs. Unfortunately the wifi did not work nor did the TVs. Within the first 30 minutes of the bus ride, one of the overhead Tv's fell almost hitting one of ** **** in the head. I informed ***** *****, Regional Director of Operations and his reply was one sentence. " someone had to have pulled on it." Basically accusing us of breaking the tv. I spoke with a representative about the wifi and tv not working and was told that someone would fix he issue as soon as we arrive at our destination. We basically rode 18 hours with no wifi or working TV. We were in Orlando for 4 days and no one came to fix any of the issues. On the ride back home with still no wifi or tv's, the over head Tv fell again and actually hit one of ** **** in the head this time and completely fell apart. This time I reached out to **** ******** about these issues and nothing was fixed and all he could offer was an apology. He also stated that he would contact me with a resolution to make things right. I have yet heard from him. I do not recommend this company at all for any teams and long distant traveling. I honestly don't think that the bus was prepped at all because halfway within the trip down the bus smelled like sewer from the bathroom.Business response

We are giving the customer a 10% refund for the trip.
