I had a comprehensive claim on my 2018 ******* ******* that I am still paying on, I still owe $19, 356.24 on the loan. I hired Greg’s Collision Center to do the repairs on my car. My insurance paid for the rental car at this time, upon the body shop completing the said body work, not only did they not fully repair the dents but they messed my car up more. They then wanted to repair my car for a second time and I allowed it, Greg’s then put me in one of their loaner vehicles as my insurance would not pay for the rental again. Not only did they put me in a very filthy vehicle and I was unable to work as the vehicle got poor gas mileage and I travel for work, but they also messed my car up once again. Greg’s wanted to repair my car again for the 3rd time and put me in another loaner vehicle of theirs, upon arriving to their shop today Monday August 8, 2022 at 9:30am to drop my car off and pick up the loaner vehicle, the loaner was another disgustingly filthy vehicle that did not run properly and I was scared to be in it. I told the manager Ernie he is gonna have to do better than that or figure something else out as they have messed my vehicle up twice and they want another shot to mess it up once again and put me in a disgusting vehicle to drive while they work on mine. I refused to use the loaner and did not leave my car for repairs for the 3rd time. I need resolution as I don’t feel a third time will be a success and I’m afraid they will do more damage than good. Possibly a refund so I can have it repaired elsewhere. Sincerely, ******* *****
