      Love my shower. They came to my house with product samples, guided me through the design, priced it on the spot and installed 6 weeks later. It was the easiest remodel we have ever had done and the workmanship and quality are top notch.

      Re-Bath of Four Rivers really screwed up a shower install and refuses to accept responsibility. The Owner Geoff ***** call and tried to place the blame on me but they put in a wall 4 inches wider than the shower base on one side and 3 inches longer on the opposite side and installed a base 3 inches too SHORT! Production manager installed it anyway. Sales representative is trying to deny screw up.Manager called and argued that it was our fault that we paid them and let the installer leave without telling the iinstaller.Bottom, we paid $7500 + for aa smaller shower than we had to start with. Look at the photos. There is 3 inches of plywood sticking out and the walls of the shower are 3 inches LONGER than the base. They orderedd too small a base. The designer plames the installers for installing the base to far back against the wall! LOL. Neighbors and friends are welcome to come see our albatross and think TWICE before using REBATH in Paducah.

      The shower size that Mr. ******* signed for on the contract is a 38x30 base. His current was a 34x30 and I still have it to prove. His shower is not smaller, in fact, it is much bigger. I have pictures to show this. The issue is the base that we installed does go back a bit further than his old one but that is bc his one piece fiberglass unit was flush mounted. Meaning even with the drywall and door time was put around it when it was put into the home. The new base is separate than the walls for one, and then the walls are installed after. Those walls go all the way to the floor in front of the base. Thats called a leg extension and prevents damage to drywall outside the shower if water were to splash out. As we finished up, we normally put waterproof trim in front of the base if there is a space that was not covered or if we are not doing new flooring. In this case, Mr. ******* said "no need" to the installer and he was going to redo the flooring in the bathroom. They signed of they were happy and my installer did an excellent job and was very professional. Then left us a 5 star review on that Saturday. I spoke with Mrs ****** and Mr ******* and he cussed at me and was very ugly. I was asking them what we could do to make them happy and make things right. He said we would not be allowed back in their home and they would tell all their family and friends how horrible we are. At no time in the discussion did I blame anyone. Ever. I actually said sir, I live only a few miles from you guys and would like to make this right somehow. We try very very hard to please everyone and I wanted them to be happy. He gave the phone to Mrs. ****** and just continued to yell things in the background about how bad we are and more. I sent pics to them while we were on the call of a before and after of their shower to show it was bigger, and pics of a job we just finished with the trim we use in the front. They said they would look at them and call me back. At this time, they have not.

      It doen't take a rocket scientist to look at the picture and see that the base of the shower is SHORTER than the walls of the shower. If Geoff ***** is proud of this job and doesn't care about customer satisfaction then so be it. Consumers should be aware that he will not stand by thier promise of customer satisfaction, but rather write lenghty denials essentially placing blame on the customer, His staff mismeasured the base and/or didn't listen to details and his production manager didn't consult me before changing the installation process. Consumers should read his rebuttal and recognize that he will not resolve thier failed installation.
