I had my van at linwoods numerous times for an engine noise. Their mechanics could never find the problem and charged for every time they TRIED to fix it. My local mechanic fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. I will never have a vehicle worked on at that dealership again. They can't fix anything.

We went Saturday and put a deposit on a truck and told them we couldn't get to the bank until Monday afternoon and would be back Tuesday morning to pick it up. They took the deposit and said they would hold the truck. We called Tuesday morning at 9am and said we were on the way down to pick up the Truck with the cashier's check in hand. They said they sold the truck on Monday. Apparently linwood is not a automobile dealer you can trust. I have been doing business there for 25 years,I told them I would never be back and their general manager said he didn't care if I came back or not. Apparently customer loyalty means little to them.

On August 8, 2023 we were passing by Paducah on our way home from a trip. We stopped for a quick break before getting on the road again. Unfortunately, when I went to shift from park to reverse, the shifter froze up. I called a tow truck while my husband was on the phone with our local mechanic. It seemed to be the same issue we had in the past. It was towed to Linwood Motors, which was just down the street. They agreed to take a look at it. After a short while, the service manager came out and told us the shifter was broken and the transmission was rusted out. Basically the car was junk. This made absolutely no sense since we had just been driving it all over Tennessee and had no problem with the transmission. My husband tried to explain in detail what he thought the problem was: the shift shaft had frozen up due to some brake fluid spraying on it a few days before. Not a complicated fix. They wouldn't listen to what he said and were unwilling to do anything with the shift shaft.They said they could give us information on having the car towed away for scrap. They were, however, willing to sell us a car. We were six hours from home. Our only option to get there was to rent a truck and car trailer and fix it at home. The manager agreed to help us get the car up on the trailer. After spending the night in a hotel, we went to get the car. When I picked up the key, the service manager clearly knew who I was and that we were towing the car home. We sat in the parking lot for close to an hour. Not one person from Linwood Motors offered any help what so ever. Eventually I called the tow truck driver from the previous day. He was more than happy to help us. Without his help, we would never had gotten our car home. Not only did Linwood Motors not want to service our car but they were dishonest. The shifter wasn't broken and the transmission was just fine. My husband fixed the shift shaft at home with very little effort and the car runs great. Linwood Motors is the worst!!!

Would NEVER buy another car from them. My car has been in the “shop” and I use that term loosely since JULY. It still isn’t fixed. They have only called maybe three times to tell us what is going on and one of those calls came after I had sent a nasty email telling someone to call us. The general manager has no clue and neither does one of the workers there who brags he owns the same type of car and hasn’t had a problem with his. Well isn’t that wonderful for you. GUESS WHAT ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS DOES HAVE A PROBLEM!! If there was a NO STAR I would give 3 below that.

I would never take my Vehicle to Linwood motor of Paducah . If all they can do is listen to a body shop ( Larry meadows body shop ) instead of the owner of the vehicle they don't even deserve 1 star the way they did me I would be ASHAMED to stand up here and say we took the word of a body shop instead of listening to the owner I have a statement from Linwood motor of Paducah saying they did what the body shop told them to do and I had NO-SAY over it and I had to pay the bill I was also threatened with a mechanic's lien if I didn't pay my name is on the title of this truck NOT ( LARRY MEADOWS BODY SHOP ) . the statement from Linwood comes from ( Kevin Jones ) and ( Kliff Kester ) . I even asked Linwood how many Diagnostic Machine did they have and how many certified mechanics did they have and they couldn't find a leak and I told them it was the radiator but why listen to me then they want to stand up here and tell people like they told me well we did this and we did that for you and didn't charge you for it to make it look good but when I paid the bill I didn't see any discounts on the bill I was out $2,503.52 and they still didn't fix my truck and it was all torn apart it was not drivable it had to be towed off of their lot and I had to pay someone else to put my truck back together because of what Linwood motor of Paducah did to it by listening to a body shop then I paid someone to put in a new radiator like I told everyone that I needed and I have been driving it ever since and Linwood wants to call me irate but it wasn't irate in the way Linwood motors and Larry meadows body shop did to me oh and Linwood had my truck from 4-6-22 til 5-4-22 and didn't fix it and didn't put it back together because they was listening to a body shop .

By far the worst dealership I’ve ever had to deal with in my life to pay for an extended warranty. Your truck is still under warranty and they tell you to take it to another place that’s not even Chrysler Dodge or whatever the hell they sell now disgraceful, go ahead and kick the ticket to somebody else. Everybody else does.
