      I bought a utv from McCoy Motorsports in February of 2024….its a 2023 model Zforce 950 ho sport…it was brand new with no miles…I only had it a couple months and issues started with the machine …so we took it to them because it came with a one year warranty…plus I bought the 5 year extended warranty as well..the kept the machine almost 3 months for an issue with the shock that cfmoto had put a cease operation order on…but the main problem was with the machine blowing fuses and dying while driving…the just started replacing parts hoping to find the issue….then they called us today finally to come get it….they said it was fixed…we had it back home and rode it less than ten minutes and it’s doing the same thing again….and McCoys refuse to even speak about trying to get us in another ride with an unrealistic down payment bc they only want to do it like trade in value….and there’s no doubt this thing is a lemon….please help!!!

      We are always concerned when a customer brings in their machine to our team here at McCoy Motorsports.   CF-Moto had a recall for the shock that we have replaced so far.   Now the concern is blowing fuses and having issues.   We noticed when working on the UTV accessories had been installed.   When checking into this they haven't been installed at McCoy Motorsports.   We tested the vehicle with the accessoies unplugged and it worked when tested.  We have to replace a sensor that it made malfunction.   Then from what we understand when the vehicle got back home, accessories hooked back up and driven it quit running after 5 mins.   Once it was brought back to McCoy Motorsports we took the vehicle apart and found wires from the accessories rubbing against the drive shaft.   We have called and explained what we have found.   We have reordered the sensor it has caused to fail again.   We will put the sensor in and do more testing and see what we find from here and will be working with you to help out as much as we can.   We really appreciate you and working hard to get you back out riding.

      My 2020 Textron EZGO txt 48 v Valor golf cart has been in shop over 2 months and still not fixed, the shop is McCoy Motorsports of Pikeville, Ky

      We have spoken with Textron EZGO to come up with a fix for your vehicle.   They want us to try another part to see if that works.  We will update you as soon as the part arrives and we have tested it on your golf-cart.

      Bought a side by side in May. Paid cash and also bought the 5 year warranty. Drove it 14 hours. It stopped charging the battery. Took it back to be worked on. After almost 2 weeks they said it was fixed. Took it home, it’s still not charging the battery so it went back to McCoy sports the same day. This company has had it almost 2 months total. I suggested getting my money back: that was a NO. My next suggestion was they take the part off one of the other machines there to be sold. “Well they sold 2 that day so might no have any to remove it from; But my parts should be there in about 2 weeks.” It’s been 2 weeks NOTHING

      We have replaced parts so far that the manufacturer CF-moto suggested.  Those parts so far didn't work.  So they have now suggested a wiring harness, that is on the way to us.  We will be installing this wiring harness as soon as it arrives.

      We just got that approved from the manufacture.  We have called our Rep and working with him to get the machine back for you ASAP.   We will be updating you as progress is made, and let you know if the wiring harness has fixed this strange issue.
