I AM NOT AWARE OF THE REPAIRS SHE IS TALKING ABOUT,WE SELL ALL OUR PRE- OWNED UNITS AS -IS,BUT OFFER A EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERAGE ON ANY UNIT THAT QUALIFY,THIS UNIT DID QUALIFY AND DOES HAVE COVERAGE ON IT,NOT SURE WHAT MISS ******* IS LOOKING FOR ?Business response

I AM UNAWARE OF ANY OFFER TO HELP GET A REFINANCE DONE FOR ANY CUSTOMER ,AS WE ARE NOT IN THAT END OF THE BUSINESS ,I HAVE LOOKED OVER ALL OF THIS CUSTOMERS PAPERWORK AND HAVE SEEN NOTHING THAT EVEN METIONED THIS.Customer response

This company is known for fraud and lying. I am not surprised they’re denying this. *** ****** and ****** ******** are the two who promised I could refinance in 6 months, that was the only reason I agreed to purchase that day. They’re aware. I’ve spoken with *** multiple times about this and now it’s being denied on the BBB. This matter is being further handled by the attorney generals office.

I bought this rollback 3 weeks ago it's been nothing but trouble first when I went to pick truck up lights didn't work said will fix and deliver to me ok truck gets delivered lights still don't work said ok take to a shop get them fixed they'll cover ok shop find out the mechanics from pops Chevy cut a bunch of wires and pieces things together I called told ***** the salesman he said I guarantee they won't have a job bla bla bla then after lights fixed truck broke down 3 times within first 2 weeks called ***** told him truck needs a motor was told by him it's nothing him or dealership can doBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/17) */ MR ****** DID PURCHASE A 2005 ROLLBACK FROM US ON 11/05/2021,MILES 241081 AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE,HE DROVE IN AND LOOKED AT THIS TRUCK IN PERSON AND DROVE IT YES THE PARK LIGHTS WERE NOT WORKING AND WE DID TRY TO TRACK DOWN THE PROBLEM BUT HE SAID HE HAD TO HAVE THE TRUCK NEXT DAY ,THEY WERE WORKING WHEN THEY LEFT HERE, BUT HAD STOPPED BY THE TIME OUR DRIVER DROVE IT TO HIM NEXT DAY SOME WHERE AROUND 8 HOURS,SO WE TOLD MR ****** TO TAKE IT TO WHO EVER HE WANTED TO REPAIR IT AND WE WOULD PAY HIS SHOP TO REPAIR IT,AND WE DID PAY HIM IS BILL IN FULL NO QUESTIONS ASKED ABOUT WHAT THEY HAD DONE TO IT,THE TRUCK RAN AND DROVE TO HIS LOCATION WITH NO ISSUES ,HE HAS PAPER WORK THOUGH SIGNED "SOLD AS IS",NOT SURE WHAT HE MAY HAVE USED THE TRUCK FOR TO CAUSE IT TO BREAK DOWN BUT IT DID HAVE 241081 MILES,ON IT IT WAS NOT BRAND NEW Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/12/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
