On January 20,2024 I attempted to make 2 purchases at BP around 5pm. the first one went well. But the 2nd transaction, I had to split the payment. I've been to this Bp plenty of times. I understand you cant split the payment if its gas but I was buying regular items. There was 3 people at the register. One old lady with a butch cut who previously split a payment for me before (she was just standing in the back, not doing anything), and there was a tall girl with brown hair and glasses (She was counting her registrar, so I'm not sure who even asked her anything) and the third lady was stumpy, ugly, and dismissive. I know for a fact you can split a payment on 2 cards and if they needed help all they had to do was say that. 1. I didn't like they're none of their attitudes 2. none of the 3 were helpful in any way. Only when I see another black face in there is when I actually get help minus the one time the butch lady was in there by herself. They are blatant racist or classist or stupid and they don't know how to work a register and thats not my fault. Really the old lady knew but I think she just wanted to stick with the other two but wrong is wrong. nonetheless, they ruined my day and I would like an apology from the stumpy lady and some more training. It was unfair and unnecessary.

After reviewing the complaint, and watching the video, I agree there was poor customer service during this transaction. I have talked with my employees and we are working on our customer service which will improve, or there will be terminations. The only thing thing that I will say on behalf of my employees is yes there was a split pay transaction, but the credit card was denied in processing which we have no control over. I take full responsibility for the actions of my employees, and there unprofessional attitudes and for that I do apologize.
