Waiting on shipment of items purchased on Oct. 29 and November 14. Numerous calls and not getting anywhere. Have talked with the store employees and keep getting the runaround. Not a professional busy at all. They do not seem to know what they are doing. Stay away from is at all possible.Business response

I am so Sorry for your experience with my store. Retail business is built on the good customer experience, and I'm sorry that was not yours. I apologize for the tardiness in shipping your items and the lack of knowledge and time invested into your inquiries. I would like the opportunity to discuss the issue farther and make it right. I will be calling you to discuss.
We are a very busy location. I use seasonal, regular and part-time help. It sounds like our communication failed with you. I was absent from the store Dec 16 to 20 with a family emergency.
I am a 23-year franchisee and strive for excellence in customer service. I will share this with the staff.
