This accountant has been garnishing my wages for child support and not sending them in the state required time frame of 7 business days from pay date. ***** ******* is the contact and is not cooperating in addressing this issue. Therefore my bank account has been frozen and I could face further charges.Business response

All withheld monies for child support have been sent to the
Child Support office on behalf of *** ******* *** ******* has had many emails and phone calls about this child support issue. *** ******* has answered all questions timely about the child support including providing detailed documentation about the monies withheld and then forwarded on *** ******** behalf. Numerous emails have been sent by *** ******* to *** ****** giving full and clear information about the child support that has been withheld and sent on her behalf. Those 2 dollar amounts equal. The amount withheld has been sent to Child Support. *** ******* spoke with the employer the week of August 5th about this issue as well. The opportunity is being researched to pay this child support directly online to make sure it is sent on time via being paid online. The employer advised this was beneficial to cut down on mailing checks etc. and to ensure timely posting of the payments. The true issue at hand is that *** ****** believes her employer has withheld monies in May/June 2024 that have not been forwarded. Proof has been provided to *** ****** that shows her 'theories' are not accurate. It is has been verbally explained on more than one occasion to *** ****** what has been withheld and sent on her behalf. For some reason, she is insisting this to be not true. The employer (and *** ******* on behalf of the employer) have proof of every dollar that has been withheld. *** ******* has in fact done everything in her power to make sure this situation is resolved timely and has spent a lot of time working with *** ****** either by phone or email to make sure everything is taken care of. At this time, we do not know what else can be done to resolve what *** ****** believes are unresolved issues.
