  I entered in a contract with Palma Roofing and Construction to install a metal roof on my home on 2-14-23, at which time I wrote a check for $5,800 to Jerry P for the down-payment for the purchase of the materials. On February 20th I asked about a eta on the delivery of the material and was told is would be approximately the 15th of March. On March 12th I asked when would the job be scheduled, at that time I was told by Jerry P that he had to go do another job that would take 2 weeks, So then on April 9th he told me that he was going too be doing my roof the next day the 10th, on the 10th I call him too see where he's at and he gives me some excuse about the metal company forklift driver bending up all the roofing and he would have too reorder it and it would take another 1-1/2 weeks. So I call him on April 19th and ask when are you coming and he tells me man I can be poking holes in your roof with this rain coming, I tell him that it's not going too rain Sat, Sun and Monday, he tells me I'm not missing my baseball game on the weekends, after hearing that I tell him I want a FULL REFUND. He tells me ok and that he would meet me that afternoon April 20th so when I text him he tells me he's still out of town, it seems as though he's playing games. I BELIEVE HE HAS NEVER ORDERED MY MATERIAL IN THE FIRST PLACE AND USED MY MONEY TOO FLOAT HIS OTHER JOBS. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM PALMA ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION
