My application was approved for me to move in an apartment at HOOPER pointe apartments from their I was told the deposit was due, I paid it, but I'm on housing and it failed to be ready for inspection twice. I'm just trying to get my $300 deposit back for an apartment I never moved inBusiness response

Please accept this letter in response to the complaint filed by ****** **** regarding Hooper Pointe apartment community.
RAM Partners, LLC is a third-party property management company. The details of our response are as follows.
Ms. ****** deposit refund check was cut on 8/5/2022 and mailed out to the address she provided which is **** ***** ******** ****** **** ***, Baton Rouge, La. 70816. Check # 1009 for $300.00. Her check was sent through USPS. She should be receiving her check in the next day or two.
This asset was recently traded to a new owner and there was a delay for that reason.
