I called this company several times on a hospital bill from Dec 2021 bill on my son. I never got a bill in the mail and my son is also on medicaid. They have no phone number for this company that had this bill. I emailed the help desk never got a response. I called the hospital and physician billing number since the physician has separate billing everyone states I owe no bills. This is a minor child that always had insurance my credit should not be punished over a bill I can't even track down.Review from Tammie A

I received a bill back in 2021 from Transfinancial Companies, LLC, which was generated from ST Tammany Hospital. I had been paying the hospital monthly for my ER visit and did not know there was a separate Dr bill until I received the bill from Transfinacial. I call ST Tammany in re to this bill and found out this Dr bill was separate from the hospital bills. I was then told I would have to go through Transfinancial to pay bill. I call, I ask could they set up auto withdrawal from my checking I was told No by two different people. So I have been calling monthly to pay on this account. All of a sudden 7 months later I get an alert from Experian that Transfinancial put a flag on our credit. I called them and was told they did that because I did not have account on auto draft payment. Why did not anyone call me to tell and or ask me about putting this account on auto draft. I got no response. I had tried to get on auto draft with them and was told they do not do this, that I would have to call every month to make payments. They are liars and or wrong. I read other reviews and i see they allowed auto draft but lied to me and that they have treated other customers wrong as well. Why is this company getting away with this. THIS NEEDS TO STOP NOW. I believe these people at this company are doing on purpose just to hurt people because they dame sure not helping anyone. Looks like to my from all the complaints there is something wrong and no one is doing anything about it. BUT GOD SEES ALL THINGS!!!!
