Dozier Construction installed my inground swimming pool in 2019. There is a problem with the blue plaster coming off and a leak by the water fall. I have called for months and left messages for them to come make repairs. I finally got in touch with their office (they finally answered) at end of October. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. However, no one showed up. I called the office and left several messages inquiring about the missed appointment and needed repairs. They have never answered my phone calls again. They have never returned my voicemail messages. I have emailed them through their website. No response ever. I have facebook private messages them. No response. This is a $60k pool under warranty and this company does not respond to its customers, ignores phone calls, doesn't show for an appointment, makes no attempt to call me back, and has made zero attempts to honor the warranty and assess the issues/make repairs.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/01/04) */ We apologize for our late response.December is a busy time for us and we are closed for 14 days do to the holiday season. We actually did go by Ms ******** ********** house and look at her problem early in December before we got our complaint letter in the mail. Once we arrived we realized that Ms ****** had bought a house from a previous customer. As we told her, there are no transferable warranties on her pool. The previous owner had been given all of the manufactures warranties and documents on plaster and equipment. This is stated in the original documents. This is standard practice in our industry. The problem we found when we went was bad chemistry from the previous owner had etched the plaster and caused some color loss. This could get worse over time as the damage was done during an earlier time before Ms ****** bought the house and plaster damage can be permanent. We advised her to contact the plaster manufacture to see if they may have a recall or some type of solution. She stated that she had the original warranty documents and would call them. Transfer of ownership voids their warranty as stated in the documents and they have been known to help on issues anyway. Ms Shultz is not a customer of ours and we do not have her in any of our old customer bases. We did not build her a pool and tried to help anyway. ***** ****** ****** Construction
