McDonalds, Baton Rouge, LA near Blue Bonnet Hwy. The floors were so greasy we were afraid to walk, my elderly sister definitely was afraid. Tables and counter also had a film of grease. Women’s bathroom had a DIRTY out of order sign on it. IF we had fallen down I would have sued or if we witnessed a fall I would have been a witness. Older people and children are in danger goin in that resturant! I give it -50 on everything! ———-ds from oloh MS

I moved from Chicago to Donaldsonville in February. McDonald's has different prices everywhere you go. This particular McDonald's has had it's menu glitching since my relocation. I cannot order in the drive thru because I don't have a clue what's on the menu, especially the value menu, the most important part of McDonald's. I also have no idea how much things cost because of this, and this limits me to the one side of the menu with more expensive options. I called the 800 number and never received a call back, as well as calling the store to find out that they have put in a maintenance order several times and nobody has come out to fix their menu. It is December 21st, I moved here February 21st of this year. This is an issue that should have been resolved months ago. I, like a lot of people, am old fashioned. I am not getting paid to take my own order using an app, there are McDonald's employees for that. I like to pull up, give my order, hand somebody my payment, collect my food and go. Please help me to get my local McDonald's back in line and functioning so people like me can use the menu.

: I decided to have lunch at McDonald’s, which is located on 9470 Greenwell Springs Road. I ordered a Bundle, which costs $3.39 + tax, which equals $3.73. The Bundle included a Double Cheeseburger, No Ketchup and Small Fries. I recognized the cashier’s voice immediately when I drove to the drive through. She has a pleasant speaking voice and, in the past, I told her that she looks like Penny (Millicent) from Good Times. Moreover, I drove around to pay for the food and I handed the cashier my bank card. There was an issue with her register. She delayed the payment process and gave me an explanation and processed the bank card again. I don’t know what her issues are with me, but I have been visiting that restaurant for years before she became an employee there. The information on the receipts, such as contact information is inaccurate and the ink fades quickly. I am not in my normal living situation so I eat a lot of fast food. I will not buy from that particular restaurant anymore because I know that she works there and she will cause problems for me. I contacted my bank to investigate the double payment and to request a refund. Please inform the manager at that location about his troublemaker employee. Thank you.
