I purchased a stackable washer/dryer on September 11,2023 from the business and had to find somebody with a truck to pick it up which was done on September 14,2023. I was told by the business that I have a 30 day warranty from the time I pick it up. After it was installed in my house, I had take a video showing the washer wasn’t filling up with water on any settings and the dryer wasn’t get hot. I reached to the business on Saturday 9/13/2023 and they sent a technician out on Monday. The issue was I need more voltage of electricity which I had gotten done. The machine still isn’t filling up with water in the tub and the dryer still is t getting hot. I reached out to the company again on 9/18/2023 and asked to speak with the owner bc the young girl there was being very rude and ugly about fixing my appliance. I live an hour and 20 minutes from Baton Rouge where they are located. There was an older lady who answered on 9/18/2023 and immediately started screaming at me when I asked to speak with the owner and stated they have sent the owner my text messages and the owner don’t want to speak with me. I asked again for the owner to return my call and haven’t heard from the owner as of today 9/19/2023. The store is a scratch and dent store where I purchased the appliance and spent !308 and now they’re refusing to come to my house to fix my appliance. I’m disabled due to back issues and live by myself. The young girl at the store keeps telling me I have to bring my appliance back to the store because they are not coming out. At this point I want them to come get the appliance and give me a refund.
