On 9/14/2023, I visited Jr. ********************** for gas. I tried using my card at pump and it said please see cashier. So went inside and cashier informed me if you dont have at least $100 on your card it will automatically decline but she could run it for me. She swiped my card a total of 3 times. Each time saying my card was declined. However charges still were coming out. When I explained to her money is still being taken out, she said they are pending charges and once they come off hold they would go back into my account. Only one charge went back into my account. The other 2 charges were finalized and posted to my account that evening. I called store back and was informed they couldnt do anything to contact my bank. I explained to them this is not fraud. You said my card was declined but still took 2 payments out for gas I never received. The manager then said he would call my card for me so they could investigate This store stole my money for gas I did not receive. I am also submitting pics of my bank statement showing the charges actually went through. I actually told manager I was contacting BBB if he could not refund me and he laughed at me. 9/14/23 for $3.18 9/14/23 for $12.00
