Had my documents delivered to them they continue to lie and lie by telling me they would file an extension and never did. I went pick up my taxes just realize that before making the payment I decided to call to make sure because I heard everyone was being scammed and Yep my federal taxes were rejected and state was never filed leaving me with penalties and interest at $2000. Something needs to be done. I wont stop until something is done. Then I bring my folder to a CPA and they definitely stole from the whole community and left ** with penalties and interest. We are about to find out everything because I have an expert on this.

I'm writing this in order to help the public and will give the extremely shorten version of events and facts. I filed my personal and business taxes with this company at the beginning of February 2022. I was already 99.9% positive the office was lying, but to eliminate the possibility of them being stupid and/or incompetent we decided to attempt another meeting. We were hoping for any of the above explanations that would then allow us to resolve the problem and move forward. I went meet with **** on 10-20-22. This meeting was in effort to give her the benefit of doubt. Yes, that's correct after months of trying to get a meeting and several email attempts to get some answers directly from her she finally made herself available. We explained all what we had found out and what was the rumors going around. From the DA's office, IRS, and to every CPA in Lafourche. She said there was a few people that were being told what I had been told by the IRS, but it was only a few. We discussed other issues as well. After some time watching to see how she reacted to statements I was making and listening to her responses and demeanor, I asked her if she would like me to call her tax preparer software company. I explained they told me there are hundreds stuck in the system. She said that was fine. Maybe she didn't think I'd be able to get through. The lady that answered stated in front of **** that there was hundreds(not a few) that were just sitting there and without me even asking she stated it was her efin number that was the issue. **** left the room momentarily and came back and stated she was now locked out of Tax Slayer. I made sure her stupid receptionist heard me state the following: I guess the IRS and Tax Slayer are lying, stupid and incompetent. That's the basis of reasons they gave as to why the IRS was giving me supposedly bad information, such as her efin was not registered. I and many others would of simply liked her to have handled the situation differently.

My husband and I had our taxes done with this office and they were supposed to e-filed our return in March 2022. I have called dozens of times (every other week and sometimes weekly) to check the status of the return. I have been told every time that there was an issue with e-filing the return but assured that the return is there and pending. It is now October 2022 and I am finding out that my tax return is not at the IRS. When I called the office today (and yes, I am mad and raising my voice that I want answers) the office hung up on me when I questioned their e-filing license being suspended, which is the information that I am receiving.
