Transaction occurred on March 3rd (service provided on March 2nd). Business provides a mobile spa for birthday parties. I reserved the “VIP” package for a party to service a group of 10 participants. The owner reported that the service and price covered up to 10 participants, but upon service being provided, they did not have enough supplies. 2 participants did not have gift bags, items that were a part of the package, nor did they have robes, items which cost extra and were paid for. The package was also came with a birthday girl robe and slippers, both of which they did not provide. We were told by the workers that they would deliver these missing items at a later date, but they were never received. All correspondence was done via Facebook messenger and a record of this has been kept.Business response

In response to the party on March 2nd, all the facts have not been stated. The husband booked the VIP package on January 26 via fb messenger. We do not travel to their location, but worked with him to find a location that was within the area we cover. On February 28 the wife contacted me via fb messenger about adding Barbie to her party. This is an upgraded package and all packages can be seen on our Facebook page, as well as sent out upon request. Once the party was over I had ask for her to pay her balance. At that time she refused, stating she wasn't aware of the upgrade. As to the complaint about the supplies, I was told there would be eight girls at the party, so nine bags with supplies were sent in case they needed an extra. Yes, there was no shirt and slippers due to me being out of town, and my workers not seeing where I placed them at my house by the other supplies. Once she refused to pay the correct balance I didn't see it fit for us to give her anything else. The husband is a high teacher where my employees attend school. He has since harassed the girls repeatedly for the shirt and slippers, and told them on several occasions that he wasn't paying the balance. He also embarrassed the girl that was Barbie for the party, by calling her out in front of the entire class. This has been so bad for my girls that their parents have had to call the school board. I was more than willing to send the missing items on March 4 and intended on delivering to the husbands job. After the costumer refused to pay the correct balance and harassed my employees I chose to not provide anymore service at that time. In the messages the customer claims to have not received packages and pricing, however you can tell this isn't the case because she knew the first package was called the VIP package, as well as what all was included. I have attached the messages from Facebook Messenger, and a picture from our Facebook Page where the prices and packaging can be found. This is the same page the costumer had to go to in order to send us messages.
