      Date Started: August 30, 2022 ***** came out to our RV Park to give us an estimate on what it would be to complete 3 tasks. Fixing our slide out, put a new central vacuum system in, put a new awning on. He gave us the numbers. He asked for the insurance companies that we would be using and we worked out the prices and he was sent the check from **** **** along with a personal check for us to cover the entire job. We had waited 2 weeks and had heard nothing therefore I started calling him along with text messages to see where we were at. I talked to him and he said that the *** had taken all of his money out of his account and was not able to purchase the parts needed for the job, but we were not to worry he would take out a loan to pay us the entire amount of $6434.07. He has since nor been answering any calls or text messages since I had told him we were going to the law along with getting an attorney due to this being theft by swindle.

      They have been issued a refund as I told. Them it would Take time to get this problem taking care of it was a complicated claim involving two different insurance companys and took a little time to get the refund done. Instead of refunding the insurance companys I am going to be the better person and refund the customer directly to save them time and more money to start it all Over again hope that makes them Feel better.

      Good morning,  I would love to say that they have issued a refund however that still isn't the case we haven't received anything as of today. We will wait and see if they follow through.

      Sorry you have not received your refund yet. But they have both been sent and just to make sure you received the second one I have sent it registered mail so you can track it if you need to pictures were sent. Thanks again and sorry for all. The troubles have a Blessed day.
