Very negative experience.Cabinets not measured correctly resulting in contractor having to "fake it" to make them fit properly.Lay out not done correctly resulting in space between refrigerator and island being so small that the dishwasher would not open.Wrong corner cabinet was sent (received a much cheaper one without lazy susans and an unusable top shelf)Trim items missed on initial order resulting in them not being available for install with rest of kitchen. Then corrected order was also wrong, so had to be ordered a third time.Several things missed on initial delivery resulting in me having to make multiple trips to store to pick things up My sales rep was no longer employed there by the time my items came in, and I had a hard time getting the remaining staff help me resolve the many issues

We were sorry to learn of this disappointing review.*We do no provide (nor ever have provided) cabinetry installation services.*We review every aspect of the client's cabinetry design with them prior to purchase.As was explained to **********************, the corner cabinet she received is designed with a fixed center shelf, not a lazy *****. The corner cabinet she received was not a "cheaper one" as she claimed in her review. She neither chose, nor purchased, a lazy *****-equipped corner cabinet. After speaking with ********************** regarding this issue, she informed us that she had located a "folding lazy *****" insert from an internet provider. She purchased the item and forwarded the invoice to us. As a courtesy, we reimbursed her in-full for this after-market product. Additionally, although not in the design which she reviewed and approved, we ordered and provided her with a full-height door (at no cost to her) so that she could gain ease of storing taller items within the cabinet. In reference to the island placement issue, our designer placed the island 41 1/2" away from the perimeter cabinetry ( in excess of NKBA ease-of-function standards). This placement was clearly noted on the plans given to ************************** installer at the time of delivery. We do not provide cabinetry installation services, but often consult with our clients' installers when placement questions arise. As we were not afforded this opportunity in ************************** situation, we are unaware of the exact placement of the island by her installer.We responded to all of ************************** concerns in a timely manner. Working with ********************** proved to be very challenging.
