Feb.24, 2023, i drove my ***, a 2013 *** ***** from *********,**. to *****, **.to have work done on my vehicle. *** *** company was having recall issues on certain vehicles. My *** happened to be one of those vehicles. I drove my *** to the dealership 7 months later i had to have it towed away from the dealership after a new engine was installed wires were cut which connects to the ignition coilsnumber 1,,2, and 3 ignition coil wire has been cut and spliced. My *** was driveable before i bought to Barker *** it had acceleration. its not driveable now i had to have it towed there is no acceleration no power. Please HelpBusiness response

I have spoken to ****************** and reviewed his previous repairs with him. I explained that we will get his vehicle back in the service department and survey/diagnose what the cause of the problem is. He agreed on the process to get that done and was appreciative for my assistance.
