Booking Reference: WOS (B)-4220067-41988 Receipt #****-9178 Sep 4, 2023, 8:50:32 PM Amount Paid: $95.93 (Rental Car) ($151.00 ************** = $246 Amount disputed: $95.93 On 11/2/2023, via email correspondence the company representative ***************************, Green Motion ********************** | ************* and Quality Manager guaranteed an adjusted refund of $29.00. Never received compensation for either amount.I received a poor-quality rental car where the basic safety feature, the horn didnt work while I was in transit during a 3-hour drive away from the airport and stained car seats in both the passenger and rear seats. I was not given an alternative vehicle following the conversation with the check-in representative about the stains and didnt know the horn was nonfunctional until 100 miles away from airport area. I was given the option to go back to the airport, without any mention of refunding me for the online prepaid amount car fee $95.93. I accepted the car with the knowledge that the same representative would call me to replace the vehicle in possession. That call never happened.Via email messages back and forth the company representative offered $29 compensation. I have yet to receive any amount back to my credit card or Pay Pal via their instructions.This company was part of the list in the ****************************** Travel and Invoice system of rental car companies that my employer uses for staff members to book travel reservations.Customer response

At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Green Motion Car and Van Rental New Orleans Airport has been resolved.The company sent a refund amount directly to my credit card. No other communication was received.
