Went for a AC job and have had nothing but other problems sense. The very next day my wife and kids were stranded due to their negligence.In the process they cracked a fitting on the radiator where transmission fluid goes. This caused trans fluid to run out and wife’s car with less than 60,000 miles would not go into gear. I call Easy Auto and have it towed there, $285 I paid not knowing they actually caused the issue. I should have raised hell but they were very “nice” and I needed them to repair the problem I didn’t have B4 bringing the car there. Not long after they called and said they found the problem and it’s fixed. Said a connection was loose and blamed on the lines because they continually get hot then cold, hot then cold. Ok cars “fixed”, they were very apologetic and seemed sincere, I wasn’t charged for this.The very next evening right B4 closing time my wife calls again stranded.She said car won’t go into gear. Called Easy Auto and was told by mechanic to fill it up and bring car to them, they wld be waiting. This after I said I’m not paying another tow bill for a problem I didn’t have B4 they fixed the AC. The next morning was told they need to order a new Radiator. The connection line had a “hair line crack”. The owner tells me it happens due to hot cold hot cold again. What a JOKE! Guess the patch job they tried fix the day B4 from their causing didn’t hold up like they had hoped for. Money for radiator never came up. Next day I’m called and it’s fixed. $700 which is half of what I saw online. I paid, believing they made honest mistake. Even left a good review because I wanted to believe places just can’t be like this. Next day trans is slipping and jerking. Charged $125 for trans filter. Well now it only jerks going into 4th and getting worse. Now I’m out of pocket $2400 with a $3000 trans job on the way. All for a $1200 AC job. Again I never had these problems until they worked on my 60,000 mile car. Called owner again and still waiting to hear back

i went to this business with a very bad click. i was dumb and told the owner how much cash i had because magically it was $5000. His name is renee. i was charged $1300, for going into my engine after i specifically said not to when he told me the cost, and the problem hadn't even been diagnosed yet. they replaced my clutch twice doing it wrong twice, i wanted a speed bleed installed because they were going into the clutch and it was the perfect time to do it, not to mention im paying for the job, so if i want it, it should be installed. i was told the part was ordered, even after having access to the area twice, it was still not installed. the clutch calls for 15 hours, i was charged $2500 in labor, which came to $166 per hour. the dealership charges $120 because there employees are specialized and so are there tools, and the job calls for 15 hours from the dealership. my car also sat there for a week waiting for a code to be removed which was never done. i was lied to my face, then i was charged for things i did not agree to, and i was charged an absurd amount for labor. i feel this amounts to fraud since i was was not only over charged, but also lied to because i was told the bleed line was ordered when it was not. i feel this runs inline of being lied to for financial gain, which amounts to fraud. if anybody has had similar issues please contact me to build a stronger case against this crook.
