I agree with the last review. They started refusing to come out for my toilet backing up. After numerous attempts they finally sent a company out to clear the roots in the plumbing. Now if it backs up again they say they are not responsible for a clog Then I started seeing water sitting in my dishwasher and it was starting to smell. They said that a dishwasher is not a necessity and they were not fixing it. And now my garbage disposal stopped but I’m pretty sure it just needs to be reset. And I have tried but I don’t know what I’m doing. So again that is not a necessity so they don’t fix that but they’ll send someone to check it when they can, they’re so busy. It’s been over a week now and I called again. I was told the maintenance crew was “off “ so they’ll come later, they’re so busy. They sure do demand the rent is paid but they could care less about the upkeep of their property. I would not rent from these people. If I had known they were buying the property i live in I would have moved.Review from Lelux B

I rent out an apartment associated with this company. If they own the property that you are looking to rent DO NOT rent it. They are horrible at actually taking care of their other properties. They do not have contracted workers for pets, or grass. They also will tell you so many excuses just to not fix things. They funnel money for their own projects in bruex bridge and could not care any less about your problems. Can forget about being reimbursed for any work that you do and depending on who you call you won't even get an answer back. Seriously don't even bother with these people.
