I've spoken to ****** ******* (the tech), ***** ****** several times and ****** asking for a copy of my most recent contract I signed when Douglas reprogrammed our alarm system. I have yet to receive a copy. I waited long enough and they are the only company that I have dealt with that didn't give me my contract same day. I am worried about what's on the contract and how many years is on the front or back of the contract. the last person I talk to was Angela, and she said she would mail it and it has been over two weeks. Something is very wrong.Business response

**** ******
We sincerely apologize that you haven’t received your copy of contract in a timely manner. It is best to call the office directly for any matter regarding your account or service and not the technician. ****** is no longer with the company. For your reference, your contract is attached here. It is a month to month agreement that can be canceled at any time. I reached out to you today 07/15/24 and left you a voicemail. Please call the office at (337)232-6226 if you have any further questions.

Good morning,
The contract is attached below, including the year. Month to month was written in because **** ***** has been with the company for over 4 years, so we will not hold her to a 3 year agreement again unless she decides to add cameras to her system.
Thank you for reaching out!

Starting in January of 2018 when contacted kingdom alarms via phone 3 times to stop service since we had fulfilled our 2 year contact. The bill was drafted out of our checking. Kingdom did not stop the draft. We also submitted written request to stop service. Kingdom alarms continued to draft for another year. We had to close our checking account to have the draft stopped. Then they sent us a bill for 600$. They owe us money for 18 months of payments for a service we requested to stop. . Now we have a collection agency calling us. Please help me resolve this issue.Business response

The billing department attempted to contact Ms. ******** 9 times between Dec 2020 and May 2021 in regards to her past due account. She answered one of the phone calls on 03/31/21 and said she canceled her account years ago and will not pay past due balance and hung up. We do not have any record of cancellation. Ms. ******** was called again on 04/19/21 regarding the past due balance, she said she canceled her account already and will go to the BBB to file a complaint then hung up.
Ms. ********' account still has an open balance of $629.25 that has to been turned over to collections as of September 2021.
