      I made the transaction March 31 2024 in the amount of $113.66. When I received the shoes April 5 they were too short I asked to exchange for another size and was told no exchange or refund. I kept asking and stated it was my first purchase of that brand, they decided to give me a store credit/gift card for $85.03 which was less than the $90 price. I tried and tried and they would not give entire amount. I gave up. I returned the shoes to them May 3. I looked for something online and nothing in that price. Finally this week I remembered the credit which I was told did not expire and placed an order on 10/1. The order went through. Late that evening I noticed the order was cancelled. I wrote an email to the company and they said the billing) delivery address were different and the third party company that it was fraudulent. I said no way the addresses are the same. They sent another code to use. I ordered again and received of the same message. I tried calling and I left a voicemail. I emailed also pointing out the address is the same. As of today 10/3, I have not received a response. I'm tired of going back and forth. I have about 15 emails.

      On March 30th, Marsha ******** made a purchase from our web store for the Puma Easy Rider Vintage in Black and White, totaling $90. On April 8th, the customer requested to return the item; however, we informed her that it was marked as a final sale and that returns were not accepted. The customer argued that she is a senior adult and expressed dissatisfaction with our return policy, indicating she did not wish to exchange the item. As a gesture of goodwill, we allowed the return of the item, minus shipping costs, and issued a store credit.
      On October 1st, the customer attempted to purchase a Puma Suede Deacon in Black (size 9), but the order was flagged for potential fraud by our third-party fraud protection service. The customer contacted us again and attempted to place a new order the following day, which was also flagged and subsequently canceled for fraud concerns. After further communication, we added her email address to an allow list. On October 4th, the store credit was successfully used to place an order, and the item was delivered on October 9th.

      This is so wrong on so many levels !!! I didn’t purchase the sneaker from any other site because I won on your @Sneakerpolitics .. I won the raffle on October 28th .. I purchase just how just how your rules were posted .. I contacted you guys after 4 days because i noticed sneaker weren’t sent out within 10mins someone made an UPS SHIPPING LABEL. Another week went by I contacted you again yall said shipping is backed up .. them again contacted again shipping is backed up .. I contacted you guys again today because it’s now 2 1/2 weeks I went to instagram with it was told thier talking to me on Twitter and that y’all would look into the matter in Dallas .. NOW ALL OF SUDDEN IM GETTING A REFUND .. WHAT THE HELL .. I’m so Mad at this point .. I didn’t purchase the sneakers anywhere else because I WON HERE with @Sneakerpolitics Very disappointing .. Not sure who owns this company.. I really want that sneaker .. I had the chance to purchase the sneaker somewhere else but because I won with your business I didn’t .. Now I can’t get it ..

      Hi,

      The customer placed the order and we shipped it. Unfortunately UPS did not scan the package in and it was lost. We refunded the buyer in full since UPS was unable to locate the package. We currently have open case with them on the matter. This happens from time to time. Package go lost. We hate it just as much as our customers.
