      Satsuma village apartments have discontinued valet trash services and have not offered a reasonable solution. They now require residents to walk all trash to a dump site which remains locked. We cannot carry large or heavy bags/objects to the dumpsters since they remain locked, meaning we cannot use our vehicles to transport trash from our units more conveniently.

      Apartment address **** Lake St. Lake Charles, LA XXXXX 1-10-2022 Application fee $25 given 1-26-2022 Deposit given $99 1-31-2022 Rent for February 2022 given $579 They will not give me my money back nor will the tell me when they will give ma my money back. I signed a lease with them and they broke the lease. Apartment did not pass city inspection. They should never have taken my money. AN they will not give it back.

      They didn't tell me there was an roach infestation before I signed my lease I need my money back. Have been waiting for the office to send someone to fumigate as of today 11/29 no one has been back. I have a small child and it very unsanitary to be living in these conditions. I would prefer to be able to move out of the apartment with out any further damage to my credit report.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/08) */ Per email; Good afternoon, Regarding this case, Apartments were sprayed on 11-6-2021 and was showed to Ms. ***** before she leased the unit. She was also given an inventory check list to return in 3 days. A gentleman who is not on the lease came in and she was polite. She wanted out of her lease and we told her no. The man was told he was not on the lease. He screamed and yelled. The apartment has been walked and we are doing a respray to satisfy her. The man is living there are an unauthorized tenant. The next spray will be on 12-22-2021 for the entire complex. Note... since the storms we have had every bug that was possible imaginable. We are well within our time frame according to our lease. ****** ***** Property Manager XXX-XXX-XXXX
