On February 10, 2022 I meet with Mr. ******* of CB Electric, Instrument, and HVAC LLC on **** ****** St to pay full payment $11580.63 all the money for work he spent repairs, even though promising to come back to finish installing cover for switches(light) electric outlets once subcontractor finish there repairs of outlets. Mr. ******* allege could not be covered work completed in garage with outlet, security light (two) do not work since install, outlets do not work in hallway bathroom, second bathroom,cover for air vents. Second bathroom. Mr. ******* has made no attempt to finish work on my home. I paid him all moneys in good faith, he would come back to finish the job.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/07/14) */ Sorry this is the first that I have seen or heard of this but I had asked her to contact me when the general contractor had come back and was done so I could finish but I would have to work her back in because we had been waiting for so long. She did contact me about a month ago and I told her as soon as I could I would come back that I couldn't leave the ones that I was working on at the time but I would be back in which I still intend on doing. When she contacted me she immediately started making threats about im going to turn you in to y'all the BBB if you don't come back on this day which was the same week we spoke. I then told her exactly what I had said in the past and earlier in this email that I could not just drop what I was doing as I didn't when I was at her house. I have all of the text messages where I explained all of this and shows I did tell her I would be back. Since paying in full $11,580.63 to Mr. ******* ****** of CB ELECTRIC Instrument+HVAC, I have been patiently waiting on his return to my Residence to completely install Electrical Panel Outlet Covers to Bedrooms, Living Room, Dinning Room, Garage and wherever else Electrical Outlet Panel Covers are needed, Light Fixture to Closet that connects to Three piece Bathroom, Vent Covers and Light Bulb to Three Piece Bathroom. On Friday February 25, 2022, I texted Mr. ******* after installing Two Security Lights to the East Corner of my home were NOT WORKING, meaning NOT SHINING. At present the Two Security Lights still not working. On Saturday February 26, 2022, I texted Mr. ******* my concerns of Third Bedroom NOT PROBABLY Heating and now same Third Bedroom NOT COOLING. As type in this Explanation Report Why I DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSE this list of Job Performances unfinished by Mr. ******* Barrow of CB ELECTRIC Instrument+HVAC at present NEED TO BE COMPLETED. I have given Mr. ******* enough time and notices. In my Defense TO STATE: I Texted Mr. ******* what was told to me by Better Business Bureau Office of Lake Charles, Louisiana I was going to File A Complaint with The Better Business Bureau and Louisiana Contractors Board as well as turn your Name in to DA's Contractors Task Force for Non-Completion of Job. I also Texted for the most parts, NOT ALL, I have been satisfied with your Work, I just need you to finish your Work before June 15, 2022 and that is what I texted Mr. *******. I DID NOT THREATEN Mr. ******* he is looking for Sympathy when actually the Prove is SELF EVIDENT Mr. ******* WORK IN MY home IS NOT COMPLETED NOR FINISHED. I SIMPLY WANT THE WORK COMPLETED FOR WHICH MR. ******* WAS PAYED IN FULL.
