On 06/30/2021 I was issued invoice# **** in the amount of $1,650.00 for the cost of my niece to participate in the organizations royal court as a Princess. I paid the balance completely by the given deadline. The costs were to include a Princess **** for my niece to wear when presented at the coronation ball. The coronation ball was this past Sunday 1/16/2022. At the coronation ball my niece was presented in a **** that was horribly beneath expectations. The **** was at least 10 sizes too big for her. She literally looked like she was being swallowed by a potato sack instead of flattering in a dainty Princess **** that actually fit her. The costs paid were for a little girl to have the experience of being a Princess including at the ball. That did not happen as her costuming was not at all flattering or appealing to the eyes. The ball can not be done over so this disappointing experience is one my niece can not go back and do over in the proper way. There has been no consideration or respect of the fact that I paid for one type of experience and was given another. This organization is operating out of greed without the integrity to provide quality items/services. They just collect funds then care less about the quality of what is being paid for.Customer response

Okay, I understand regarding the apology. You can remove that request. Being that the ball has passed and that moment can not be re-lived there is no way to correct the gown now. I would like the costume fee refunded. In addition parents/responsible parties are not allowed to see the gowns until the princess is presented at the ball. The organization never even did a fitting of the gown to make sure it fit.
