      In late 2022 David took $1100 to install a sprinkler system. David performed approximately 10% of the work. I trusted him and to his request paid him ahead of schedule. He lied to me for months promising to finish but he disappeared.

      May 25th I contracted David to perform a job at my home. I paid David, a 900 deposit for a total job of ****. In the course of the job we added another 280 to the work for extra grass. David started on the first half. A month later came back to dump sand and never came back. My yard is a mess and the money I gave him for the other work has never been done. Please do not use this man for any work.

      David C****** has failed to complete the job he was hired for. On August 18th, 2022, a $2300 material deposit was paid for David to lay down clay and rock and install a 60ft chain link fence. As of September 26th, 2022, David has not shown up for the job. He has repeatedly failed to show up on dates he promised to be here. As of today, he has failed to answer my calls and texts. He currently has my material deposit as well as the material. I am requesting for David C****** to finish the job he was hired to do or refund me my money. Attached are the invoices for the material deposit.
