  I went to the store to have my phone repaired and they looked at my phone and they told me it was gonna be two days until my phone would be repaired so I left and came back two days later the day I came back was supposed to be the final day they were supposed to have my phone but when I went up to the store they told me it was gonna be another day until it would be done so I left and came back the next day than they lied to me and told me and told me it would be another day so I left the final time I came back and they wanted to give me a temp phone so I would have a phone so I could work because my phone is my job so they told me to come back in two hours to get the temp phone so I left and came back three hours later and when I got there they tried to scam me and right me a fake receipt for a phone saying I paid for it and so I asked if I can get more information about it and the guy came up to the window and said get out and I said excuse me and they owner told me to get the **** out of his store and gave me back my iPhone 13 in peaces the phone is wide open the screen is off and the inside of the phone is stripped and wasn't even put together let alone fixed. Drug use was admitted during this whole time of dealing with this the owners wife or girl friend admitted to doing meth.

  Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/12) */ Dear **** ****** My name is ********* Biedenharn, I am the owner of Get Wired LLc, we are a small electronics sales and repair shop in Monroe, la. I am writing to dispute the allocations of Mr ******. He came to my store at around 1 am needing emergency phone repair work. I examined to him that the work would not be immediate that it would take at the very least early morning just to diagnose the problems. He brought a brand new iPhone 13 with no scratches or marks claiming the screen was out because he threw the phone. After much diagnosis and several days worth of work with Mr ****** arriving every hr or less even when I would tell him I ordered a part it'll be a couple of days he would still show up every hour as high as he could be. When I shut down. The shop to sleep he banged on the door for over an hour this is all on camera. As for his claim of a female being high I am the only person working here so there cannot be a high female. On our last meeting Mr ****** came to me telling me why my daignosis of his phone cannot be correct and that he should take it elsewhere so I simply gave him his phone as he demanded not giving me time to reassemble it even thought I had previously 5 or 6 times showed him the state of the device. I explained how I tested every single chip on the board to find out he was using a DeWalt brand charger which fried the charge control chip. Most companies aren't capable of doing this repair. I fortunately have successfully repaired hundreds maybe thousands of phones in this condotion. I explained to him that if he took the phone in this condition there will be no other shop in our state that can repair this chip. He said he 2 at he's it on YouTube he will do it himself. Later he came back with the device wich he had altered heavily after attempting to solder a chip that takes a microscope to align with. A thermal imaging camera. It has around 40 smaller resistors around it's base wich is coated in a water risistant resin wich must be removed first. He came in demanding that I fix his phone from this impossible state. When he got irrate I demanded he leave my shop. I have always had good reviews my only bad reviews came from wish pickup orders that were intended for wish and not for me. Please hear my dispute as it is intended as this is taking a lot of time from the repairs I must attend to. Thank you for your time. *********** ***
