Made purchase on 11/2/23 spending $59.74. I never received any email updates beyond the initial purchases email. I reached out several times via text, social media, and website. Would respond what’s order number and then nothing after that. I requested a refund and have heard nothing back going on 2 months.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on October 28, on Nov I got an email with the USPS tracking number **********************, however as of today there is no movement on this tracking number. I sent an email on Nov 4 to jessmybody@gmail.com asking about the package with no response. I sent another email on Nov 7 to ****@jessmybodyfitness.com asking again and got no response. I sent a text message on Nov 9 to ************ and was told "your order was shipped yesterday and picked up today and will arrive in 2 days. On the following day I text and asked if I could get the tracking number and got no response. I text again on November 12th and got no response. On November 12th I went to her IG and left a comment on her picture asking about my package in which she responded by asking me to text her at ************ which I did and her response was "Your order was shipped we can reship this order on Monday and to verify my address" which I did. I asked her if I could get a refund b/c I feel like I am being given the runaround and she did not respond.Customer response

The package was finally delivered two weeks after filing this complaint.
