5/4/22 - I took my car to the service department to have my key fob reprogrammed. I was told by ****** Cato that it would be $120 for the reprogramming, and that I would have to purchase an additional key for $160(apparently you have to have 2 even though i did not request a second key). When I returned to pick up my car paid $347.25,and went out to test the keys. Only 1 key worked. I returned inside to let ****** know there was an issue, and he assured me that it was correct. Apparently there was an issue with the original key fob. I was still charged $347.25 and was told that was the cost of a new key and programming. Have they lost their minds??
