i broght my trialblazer to kelloggs and put ac comp on my truck never had any probloms

On 08/3/23, I dropped my car off at Kellogg's for A/C service. On 08/04/23, I received a call that my vehicle was ready. I explained to the older female answering the phone that I was out of town and would pick my car up upon return on Monday. The lady said that would be fine. When I came to pick my car up on Monday, I was told that the older female was testing it out one more time. This lady is not a mechanic. When I went outside to tell my daughter that she could leave, we saw my car go flying passed. Just then a guy walked up to me and said I had her test it out. He then said she left her phone at home so she's going by her house. I'm thinking... what?! I went back inside and said can you call the lady, I have a meeting soon. A young lady tried calling several times but no answer. Finally the lady answers and she tells her that I am waiting. Then she said tell her I will be there in five minutes. My total wait time was 45 minutes. When the lady got back with my car, the radio had been changed, both front seats had been adjusted, and it reeked of cigarette smoke. She also had food from Chick Fila. When she got out of the car she said "I had to go by the sign company". Later at home we noticed a footprint in the back seat. I firmly believe that these people drove my vehicle all weekend because they knew I was out of town. Kellogg's is a very unprofessional organization. I would advise anybody to rethink leaving their vehicle with this company for any length of time. I am still trying to get the smell of smoke out of my car.

I took my vehicle to Kellogg's Auto Air 4401 Greenwood Rd Shreveport,La 71109 to have the AC repaired. It was in May of 2022 and the Summer Heat was already in the Air. I paid to have it diagnosed. They informed me the the compressor would have to be replaced. The compressor is one of the most expensive jobs to have done. I agreed to have it done. They called once the work was done and said I was good to go and I could come and get the vehicle. I went after work and paid for the service, but when I got in my car the AC was not working at all. I was shocked and disappointed. Jeff and the mechanic both told me that the AC was working when they finished a couple of hours prior. I had to come back the next day so they could look at it. I was then told I would have to pay more money to have another part fixed. I paid again and this time when I picked up the vehicle the AC was working only to malfunction a few weeks later. Here I was with no AC and out of my hard earned money. I asked to speak to the owner because Jeff wanted more money. I sent the owner a message on there site and still have not gotten any response or call back.
