My daughter purchased a 2007 Nissan Altima from Lucky Auto Sales on March 1, 2022. After a week of having it, it quit on her in the middle of the street almost causing an accident. Once the car was restarted it would not go into gear so by standers had to push her out of the road. We had the car towed and the fluids were changed and a timing chain was put on the car. The car drove for another couple of days and we was told the transmission had went out. This is all in 2 weeks timing. I repeatedly called the dealership from the week of the 1st when she purchased the car up until last month as I continuously didn't get an answer. I even went on the website and asked was there a number to reach the parties at because they never answer the phone. The car was advertised as having no work needed, highway ready etc. We haven't been able to get in the car due to the fob not working and the key inside the fob doesn't belong to that car. They never told her there were issues with the car, as I understand people in good conscience would do so before selling to someone. The car was purchased in the amount of $6,799.00 total and that's a lot of money for a single mother with 4 kids who is already scraping by. Thank you for allowing me to report this as people as well as businesses should be held accountable for their actions or try to get over on people just because they feel they can. I even left a review to see if that would make them call and never a response to it or a call. To be honest just looking at the pictures the tires looks completely different.
