On Jan 5th myself *********************** and my daughter ******************************* a Cardiopulmonary Specialist station at ***************************** went to Bliis Bridal to try on dresses my daughter tried on several dresses an I made a purchase but I had some questions whole standing at the register about the dress ? Can we take the dress home because the owner was not giving me the merchandise. Was the dress going to be cleaned prior to my daughter wearing it for her wedding because it looked dirty. the answer was no the dress would remain at the bridal store and NO it would not be cleaned, because we found out this dress had been selected by an Army veteran During COVID and she had fitting and most likely alterations, because of Covid the purchase fell through, I was defiantly upset with her response and made my displeasure known, My daughter called the same day and scheduled a visit Jan 6th before 12 said she was unhappy the with the selection the owner said they would work with us, we tried on more dresses only turned out less than 12 hours from purchase but the owner only tried to up sale us. We were displeased with the merchandise and misrepresentation of the gown. We emailed the vendor asking for refund no response, there was no signs in the store or at the register stating all sales are final this gown was not altered or customized for my daughter. At no time did we receive the merchandise, We are satisfied with any dresses in this Bridal store Bliss thank you for you assistance with this complaint, During ***** ******** was a proud HEALTH CARE responder deployed from ******* to *********** ****************************** saving lives of ********* residents during the Covid Health emergency.
