Waiting 3 plus months for DeWitts to install a replacement handle on a microwave. Handle parts were ordered by DeWitts Appliance Repair and delivered to our home. Service fee was paid. You can not leave a voice message or talk to any one. Text messages go unanswered.Initial Complaint

I contacted this appliance repair company to fix my refrigerator. They told me there was a one year warranty on all parts and labor and came out within 2 days to fix the problem. The same issue started to happen within a couple of months. I contacted them again due to the warranty and they said they would call me back to schedule a follow up appointment at no charge due to the warranty. They came back out and the technician indicated that they needed to order a new part, which would be mailed to my home address. This never occurred. The technician proceeded to indicate that the group has had to replace much of the work from the previous technician. We contacted them multiple times afterward, and each time they indicated they had ordered the part. Approximately 3 weeks after these calls (which started 2 weeks after they originally indicated they had ordered the part), we received 2 parts. We call them again to schedule an appointment, to which they indicated they could call us back with a schedule. We never received a call back. I called again and they indicated they would be out the next day. This was approximately 2 weeks ago. The technician came out and 'fixed' the problem. The issue has started again. When I called and told them that we need a refund check as they have yet to fix the issue and this has been going on for 6 months, they told us that they only warranty their labor and parts for 30 days and will not be fixing the issue.
