Extremely disappointed in service. I went for what I thought was to be Labs to monitor the levels of blood pressure medication in my system and I was given a 12 panel street drug screen, Ordered by a Doctor *** has never sat in a room with me or seen my face. I really dont appreciate having been inappropriately judged and my personal body fluids used for something I did not consent to. I have to ask myself what this doctor had for intentions with my life and what kind of services he would have denied me based on his passing unacceptable judgment on a patient. I strongly feel that my rights have been violated and have called the **************** complaint line several times Asking for a call back that never happened.Review from Pam C

Worst hospital ever!! They should be shut down. I've been a patient at Harvard vanguard Kenmore since pediatrics. I've made 4 complaints against this hospital. They cancel appointments while you're waiting in the waiting room with no reschedule until the following week. Their urgent care is not urgent and filled with nurses who don't care. Their internal medicine department is a joke. When you call the administration ***** to file a complaint no one answers. They are supposed to be open till 4:30pm but no one has picked up and I've called since 2pm and left 4 messages. Shut this hospital down!!!Review from Jean B

**************** is the worst doctor I have ever had. I had severe abdominal pain over the weekend and obtained an appt. on Monday. Although I was in ******, the red line was completely down on August 19th. The green line trains were also not marked and having issues. I ended up taking a cab, so I was 15 minutes late. I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour and 1/2 but because I was 15 minutes late, I was refused care as **************** was too busy with other patients. The entire staff there was racist. I was the only "white" person in that office. I asked for a manager, but they said there was no Manager there.How the staff left it was that although I was in pain "too bad for me". I was so sick I fell on the way home and a "T" employee pick me up off the ground.I would not waste my time with either **************** or her woke staff.Review from steve n

Recently assumed caretaker duties for parents. They have same primary care doctor; that facility uses the Atrius Health portal. Over the past two months, I have never seen such a mess regarding coalescing of medical information. Most office communication is via email, or text. Both my parents are on the cognitive decline, they don't text, they don't use the internet. There have been numerous missed or non-scheduled medical tests due to lack of communication or just giving up after enduring utter frustration waiting on the phone to speak with a person who could assist them. My mother was due for two separate CT scans, one from another facility. I was coordinating the scheduling and was trying to find a location that was relatively close. For the life of me I can't understand why **************, *********************** and **************** facilities weren't even in the list "approved" MRI locations. The Atrius scheduler couldn't see the orders from the outside provider and assumed it was a duplicate order and cancelled the appointment without consulting our family. Atrius portal is sooooo poorly constructed that it does not interface with many outside medical facilities (I'm talking hospitals here). I was used to the experience I have with the Mass General ******* Gateway...all providers, tests, appointments show up in one location. Atrius is the total opposite---It is the *** of health care.I needed to "link" to 4 other outside facilities (that's 4 separate medical portals, folks..) just to have access to all the medical information and even then there was no comprehensive page that combined all that information. I think it borders on age discrimination.In Early March, my father suffered a head injury which necessitated a rehab along with a referral to a neurologist. The earliest appointment was July 30th. Really? 5 months out? Worst Health organization ever. If I could get them to change, we'd be out the door....Review from Danny B

Worst experiences every time. Finding new doctor. Numerous doctors have no bedside manner. Skip over explained symptoms. This last time I went in for infection seen in tests. They said antibiotic not needed and refused to prescribe. Oh and twice had appointments set up months in advance only to have doctor cancel day before.Review from Emily H

Literally impossible to talk to anyone who knows anything. I tried to explain my situation after 1.5 hours of being transferred on the phone to someone who finally seemed to be able to help me, only to be repeatedly cut off before I could tell her why I was even calling. Told her I was no longer interested and hung up. Going to another provider now.Review from MaryKate M

Im lucky they didnt kill me despite their best efforts to do the absolute bare minimum and sometimes below the bare minimum for patient care. Their office administrative staff are lethally unprofessional. When your doctor says you will be called to schedule the ** one would expect a phone call. Yet, **** at Atrius Health Burlington is also complacent and comfortable to declare that its not her fault she didnt process the paperwork for an urgent ** to be done within a week. ******************* to blame everyone and refuses to acknowledge that she ***** at her job. Messaging your provider does nothing. I have tried to get care for a number of issues - acute, chronic, or even routine care requests are always messed up. I asked for a COVID vaccine and was told go to CVS we dont have a lot in stock. This was 2023!!!! I was asking for help on excessive vaginal bleeding that has occurred since late 2022 and yet my doctor acts like its the first time shes hearing about it every time I see her. I have to repeat my entire medical history at every appointment because if I dont my doctor will assume otherwise and will continue to be stubborn and ignorant. No one actually does their job at Atrius Health. ***** never get a call back, youll never have paperwork done, and youll continue to be sick and may suffer extreme harm. Patient quality does not exist. You cannot expect providers within the Atrius Health network to communicate with each other nor should anyone expect them to collaborate with providers outside of the system. Im convinced that providers who have been fired elsewhere end up at Atrius Health.Review from Paul V
