Placed order. Did not receive after 1 month. Contacted buisness. They informed me the items were out of stock and I would get a refund. 3 month later no refund. No answer at phone number, no answers to e mail.Business response

Pardon the inconvenience we are greatly saddened that as you stated our customer service failed you. This should not happen! Not just with us but in business in general. We would love to send you a check at the address provided to BBB. The refund in question was overlooked by our payment processor. We do apologize. We can send out a check asap for the amount of 40.00$ and asking for a kind discharge on the complaint as this is not entirely our fault. We appreciate you! We did not want this ******!
