      My husband and I came in for my birthday **********. The waiter was excellent, none of this is a complaint on him. But it was 8:45 pm, they stopped making bread sticks, the soup had very little sausage and very little broth. The main meal was skimpy on the sauce and had crunchy salt throughout the meal. The tea was very very bad. They brought me another tea and that one was also bad. It tasted soupy. Long story short , my birthday meal felt like they were closing and giving us the bottom of the barrel on every single item, except the breadsticks, they were out. Not happy with the food at all

      We were expecting a local brewery, sports bar type vibe. However, we were instantly discriminated against for being Philly sports fans. Were used to it. But to be told not to cheer for your team that is losing at a sports bar? Being confronted by 2nd shift management with threats? No thanks! Yall will be happier and have more fun anywhere is else.

      We arrive at the olive garden at ************** before 4 pm and it was 2 hostess neither one of them turned around to greet us the one woman African American say " how many we say 2 for booth....she say you have to wait 15 me and my husband look at each other and we say OK we are leaving the African American women say " OK have a good day with cocky tone of voice " we come to this restaurant often and never have this kind of service...the restaurant was empty...why should we wait 15 minutes and why the attitude of this worker? Bad customer service!

      This was probably the most horrible experience Ive ever had at this establishment and Ive been here plenty of times before. I would give them no stars if I could. I took my son daughter and my two nieces on September 8 around 8:30pm. We had to wait about 15 minutes to get a table which is expected I have no issue with that. We were finally seated our waitress came after a few minutes to take our drink order. Ordered a peach iced tea when it got there I noticed it was unsweetened tea. We were all ready to order so we did. I noticed there was no silverware on the table. Usually its there before you arrive to the table. Didn't think anything of it. Since we were staring with our soup. It comes with the spoon. Thai is when things started to go downhill. Took them very long to come with the soup I kind of thought they forgot about us. We finished all the breadsticks by the time the soup came. I asked if we can get more. Waitress said it was going to be a while something was going on in the kitchen. Finished the soup without breadsticks. Asked for more soup and finally the breadsticks came. Still no silverware by this time. Out entrees came like ***** minus later. And I finally said to our waitress we need silverware. She apologized said her manager was getting some for our table. My kids and I were so hungry and tired of waiting we started picking at it with our hands for a good 5-10 minutes, when the manager finally come with the silverware she only brings 4 there are 5 of us. I was ****** Im only here two days out of the week Im on the road all week. All I wanted was a nice dinner with my kids. I feel like everything was pushed off and management went without a care ? Asked for a refill of water and she came back with a plastic to go cup saying they ran out of glass cups. At this point I ask for the corporate number but then I googled what to do and this was recommended

      I placed an order at 5:01pm and it was to be ready at 5:30pm. I drove to the restaurant, was early and waited. I called inside at appx 5:32 pm to inquire and was told coming out now. I I called again appx 10 mins later, was told I'm bringing it out now. At appx 6:00pm, I called to tell them that i was leaving and to cancel the order. I even drove around the lot again just in case it was ****** out, no it wasn't. I asked for a manager and was told she was in a meeting. I held on for appx 20 mins. While holding about 5 mins. someone came on the line and said I came outside and you weren't there. I told her that I canceled because it wasn't brought out and that I was waiting on a manager. The manager finally came n the phone. After asking, she said her name was ***. I told her what occurred and told her that i wanted a refund. She stated that she would process it and that it would take 24 hours. I said ok. I then asked again if she was the manager and was told ***. I asked, does Longhorn apologize for poor service?? She, then, gave a "fake" apology (it's how I felt). I gave a fake thankyou and sounded as if the phone was slammed down. As of 8/27, I have yet to receive the refund. At the very least, I want my money immediately. Longhorn spoiled my evening. I was attending an event where my food was going to be from this restaurant. I was late trying to wait for an order that never came.

      I came in for an interview at this Olive Garden on New ***** and it was the worst experience I have had job seeking. The hosts were snickering and eventually, loudly started making fun of me. I would repeatedly try to ask for the manager. Yet each time I was met with either "maybe you should make sure it's the right date" and "the manager is on their break". Finally, they told me that I should just apply for another position later. As I walked away, the hosts were obviously laughing at me. This behavior is unacceptable and it's no wonder people hate on this business with the way they treat future employees. By the looks of this page, it seems that they don't even treat their customers with care. The manager should be fired or at the very least reprimanded for wasting future employees times.

      I ate lunch there today but I was shocked to have a $3 charge on my card for playing the trivia game on their tablet at the table. There is NO SIGN, NO INDICATION, NOTHING VERBALIZED that the tablet costs a fee. This is unfair and the $3 was + 20% the cost of my meal. This is a hidden fee and the waiter could have said that there is a fee for using the tablet. But he didn't. This feels sneaky and dishonest.If there had *** a note that had said that it costs money to play the trivia and I played it, then I would gladly pay it. Instead, it went onto my charge card without my knowledge. I only realized it when I was to sign the receipt. Bad business practice.People really resent what they perceive as unfair charges and I resent it. I paid it but now I know how they roll at Olive Garden. You got your $3 ($2.98 actually) but that's all from me.

      **Subject:** Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct by Manager at ********, ** Location Dear Cheddars,I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from *********************, the manager at your ********, ** location. On August 12, 2024 I called to address an issue where I was erroneously charged a $30 tip on my debit card, despite having already tipped in cash. During the call, ************ was exceedingly unprofessional and proceeded to raise his voice at me. His behavior was not only disrespectful but completely unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a management position. When I informed him that I would be contacting corporate regarding his conduct, he abruptly hung up on me. Following this, I attempted to call back three times, but my calls were not answered. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and it raises serious concerns about the management and overall practices at this location. If this is the manner in which management interacts with customers, it is understandable why employees might feel emboldened to engage in questionable actions, such as charging unauthorized tips.I strongly urge you to take immediate action regarding ************** conduct. A person who displays such unprofessional behavior should not be in a management position, as it reflects poorly on your entire organization.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       We just had the worst experience all around at Olive Garden in *****, *****. The waitress ***** was horrible. She brought us dirty plates and silverware. We asked for clean ones. She never came back to our table. ***** went to all the tables around us. Not once checking on us for anything drinks breadsticks *******. Food came out we ordered the same items. My plate had half the amount it was supposed to. I said something as they were setting it down. The girl didn't like that and tossed the plate down and left. We were nice and friendly up until this point. Spoke with a manager about this experience. Unfortunately it did not feel like it was resolved appropriately. We have never had an experience like this.
