-online booked a bowling lane through their website scheduled for 11:30 on 4/8.-took our payment of $70 on 4/7 @10:43am.-never got a confirmation email or anything confirming besides our money being withdrawn.called, said we should have got an email but they don't see our booking even though took the payment.-called back to see how we can atleast get a refund, said we can call corporate tomorrow, and that we "now know as much as him so", did not even try to help us at all.Business response

We received a message at our main office Mon am that the customer had asked for a refund at our ******* location and the location had no information. Could we help ?
We found the charge but found no scheduled reservation - explains why ******* could not help. We processed a refund at 9:16am on Monday.
We apologize for the mix up and have contacted our reservation processor to try and ensure it does not happen again
