      Reached out early October 2023 for glass partition project at home. Business promptly responded and sent someone for measurements. After quite a bit of back and fourth, business provided quote of $3,900.00 and informed be it would be a 3-4 week lead time. I accepted, signed contract, and provided 50% deposit via check as requested. Check was cashed on 10/20/23. From that point, it has been a non-stop text thread of excuses over last 6 months (delays, had to change manufacturer, etc.) Latest: Received text after reaching out again on 2/29 that glass is ready, however 4 weeks later business is unresponsive (business gave me the same run around in December). Copies of contract, cashed check and correspondence are available to share.

      I have reason to believe that the business did receive BBB email.  Business sent me a text on 3/25/24 shortly after submitting my complaint asking if they could install on 4/3/24.  I responded immediately, letting them know that 4/3/24 would be great.  I took the day off of work and they no showed.  I sent text on 4/2/24 to confirm appointment and received no reply.  I have sent 2 texts today (4/3/24) with no reply.   I'm very suspicious that this individual is attempting to scam customers.

      I contacted New England Glass *** for a shower door project. They provided me with a quote to which I agreed to. New England Glass *** then informed me that in order to start the process they would need a deposit of $1125 dollars, which I provided on May 16, 2022. They informed me that installation would be on June 3rd. June 3rd came and they informed me that they needed more time due to a delay in supply. They gave me another installation date which was not met. I waited over 2 months for "supply and installation" which never happened. After waiting almost 3 months I asked them for my deposit back. Since then they have yet to provide me with my money continuing to tell me they will but never do. Its always, " I will give you the money tomorrow." It is now 6 months that I have waited for my money back with negative results. I have all the documentation of the contract, money deposited, and all the messages saying they would provide me my money back with no results.

      we paid in full for a product, (glass shower door) on december 20, 2021. We have yet to receive the door from the company. when i reach out, when i do finally get a response from them, they give me an installation date, and then do not show up. they have cancelled and no showed more than 5 times.

      Regarding this complain we had a little bit of delay with the client. The product was delivered and installed on Wednesday March 9th, 2021. Client also signed out Customer Satisfaction Survey sheet. I have attached the document for your referenced.

      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I was informed by both owners, ****** and ***** we would be reimbursed a portion of the product. We were already promised $300 from ****** last month when we were delivered the wrong door.
