i purchased a vehicle on 9/20/2024 and still have not been able to register the car. when purchasing the vehicle, they failed to tell me there was a title lien... they re-assured me it would be settled and 4 weeks have gone by and nothing.... I already took delivery of the vehicle and they keep updating the purchase contract date so that i will not get pulled over driving an unregistered vehicle that i transferred my plates onto. i have 4 total purchase contracts, including the original i signed and the 3 they have changed dates on....

Dealer apologizes for inconvenience and delay in getting vehicle registered.  Unfortunately the vehicle payoff went to the customer in error rather than to dealer causing a delay.  The vehicle has now been registered and the customer has taken delivery.

May of this 2023 I went to Sullivan Brother because of an engine light. I paid for a diagnostic inspection. I was told the vehicle wasn't safe to drive and that I had to leave it with them for repair. They came up with all of these random things to fix the car, but never did any of the repairs they claimed. Original parts still in the vehicle. After many days borrowing vehicles to get to work I had to force them to let me pick it up. They kept making up new issues, the final straw was when they claimed that I needed a new spark plug and that it would be better for me to just buy a new vehicle from them. In the end I was basically ransomed to pay for my cat over the phone without inspection of actual repairs, and the receipt was left on the car seat. They didn't do any work. They told me abs light was on for air sensor, took it somewhere else and they replaced the break pads and the issue was fixed.

We received and reviewed the complaint.  According to our records the customer brought the vehicle into our shop Friday  5-26-2023 and picked it up Thursday 6-1-2023

this was also Memorial day weekend and the Master technician working on his car was off Sunday/Monday/Tuesday.

As stated, one of our ****************** repaired this car.  The repairs were not random items as ****************** has suggested in his complaint, but legitimate repairs completed based on his own complaints at the time of write up and diagnosed by a master technician and our Nissan Motor diagnostic machine.  All repairs were approved by the customer and a full estimate was provided.    At no time in the last 6 months has ****************** contacted the service department to discuss or complain about the repairs performed on his vehicle.

(please note the multi point inspection report and the estimate are reprints which is why the date is 10/4/2023)

Based on our review, we will not be offering ****************** a refund.

I purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier Truck from Sullivan 0n December 16th. We haggled on the value of my trade -in and they increased their offer from $17,000 to $$17,500 which worked for me. We were told that we had to finance and when we were signing the Finance manager told us that because our credit rating was so high ( over 800 ) that we could get a better rate by going to a credit union. We agreed thinking that the rate would be lower, That night we saw on the internet we saw that Nissan had 0% financing for the month of December. The next day I questioned our salesperson and he said that because they gave us more money for our trade that we did not qualify for Nissan's financing. I responded that no one apprised us of this and that it should have been our choice. I emailed them last week regarding this and have received no response. I don't know what can be done but my wife and I both feel that we were misled by the Dealership.

On 9/10/21 I paid Sullivan Bros Nissan to buy and end-of-lease vehicle. They have failed to deliver the title so I can register and insure the vehicle in RI. NMAC informs me Sullivan Bros paid them on 9/14/21 and was solely responsible, and capable, of contacting the title company to obtain the title. I have made numerous calls to Scott Ames and Paul O'Sullivan and received assurances they would FedEx the documents to me. I have received notice of my auto insurance policy will be cancelled. I have asked it be cancelled but the insurer refuses until it is re-registered and I surrender the plates.
